Welcome to my Gallery

My work explores people, places, and presence-- Through portraiture and figurative painting and community-driven work.

Below you will find a selection of my work organized into two areas:  portraits and figurative painting, and community-based public art.

Visual Explorations of Home

As an artist and educator, I believe creativity is one of the most powerful ways to make sense of the world. I explore the spaces where energy, memory, music, and experience intersect.

My work explores the idea of home not simply as a place, but as something created through connection, rhythm, and emotion. Through brushstrokes, color, and expressive figures, I explore how music might translate visually. Color moves through my work like rhythm or sound, translating emotion and energy into visual form.

This series also marks a personal return to painting and a renewed commitment to my own creative practice.

Community & Public Art

Community-based work through collaboration, including projects with the MC Art Collective and project management role supporting mural and public art installations.

These projects are shaped by dialogue, and shared process that transform ideas, stories and local identity into large-scale works that exist in public space. I am especially interested in work that invites public participation and reflection.
